"My daughter had 4 broken teeth with exposed nerves. She had to wait 2 months for an appt with an oral surgeon and at that appt they gave her another appt to pull the teeth in 2 more months! May daughter began calling to find a dentist that would help. She made a call to Countrywide Smiles and after hearing her story said “ how soon can you get here?” Very impressed with their willingness to help. The doctors and staff were so friendly, nice, and helpful. Can’t say enough good about this business!!"

"They were super nice at first, but then we ran into complications between the orthodontist and this dentist group. The orthodontist wanted to wait to do any dentist procedures and when this was relayed to the dentist office, we were told that we shouldn’t bother to make an appointment and we shouldn’t return. The phone call ended rudely with the receptionist hanging up on us saying “if your daughter’s teeth start hurting, don’t bother coming back to us”. Beware."
