"This is probably the absolute worst pharmacy in Harlingen. They took the entire day from when I walked in at 11 Am until they closed and they kept giving me the run around on why my prescription wasn’t ready. I stopped by with them 3 times during the day and it was always a new excuse. The last time I went in at 9pm to check to see if my medications were ready i stood there for 15 minutes listening to one of the employees brag and literally LAUGH about how he didn’t get fired after selling the wrong medications to the wrong person. That is so dangerous and unprofessional. So when I finally spoke up and said excuse me so they can acknowledge the line.. they we’re still standing all the way across their little section asking me for my information and had me shout it OUT LOUD instead of coming up to the damn desk which is like 10 steps to take. It’s not that hard to treat people with respect especially when it comes to their medical needs. NEVER. EVER. GO. HERE. Walgreens is far more respectful and caring. A bunch of young adults that don’t know what the hell they are doing and this is coming from a 23 year old. Not a middle aged white lady named Karen."

"The pharmacy takes too long to fill prescriptions. You would think they would be compassionate and hurry up and get them filled quickly. Sick people should not be made to wait an eternity. Do they even care about the sick when they are busy talking about what they did yesterday or how their day is going?"
