"If you're going to go here be prepared for a lot of your appointment times being changed late notice. They frequently have staffing issues that mean they ask you to come in earlier, later, or have to reschedule for another day, week, or even month. They changed our appointment time to 2 hours later, completely derailing my plans for the entire day. Then, the very next week they tried to charge me a fee when I mixed up appointment days. This was the very first time that's happened on my end as well, after half a dozen times on theirs. Rules for thee but not for me is a motto of theirs. Won't be back. Edit. The "snow event" was not to blame. Their staff didn't have childcare planned in advance of a snowstorm that was forcasted well in advance and failed to come into work on time. It is also just the last in a LONG list of times that they have requested schedule changes because of THEIR issues."
"Staff was amazing, so welcoming and kind, they explained step by step what they were doing with my daughter as we were getting care done at the same time. During my cleaning continually making sure I was comfortable and pain free. When we were all done they explain everything from our visit and our next steps."
