"I would hate to rate you with the lowest possible due to the driver you have. My dad needed IV med and was ordered from your pharmacy in Corpus yet my dad is in Brownsville. The driver was so unbelievable rude and stated " I don't care cause I don't have to come here any longer". These kinds of people should not work interacting with people."
"My husband was diagnosed with THREE bacterial infections, and the Infectious Disease doctor here in San Antonio determined that he needed to be on 24/7 infusion for six weeks. In order to avoid daily trips to a center, or hospitalization, the Doctor recommended a fanny pack infusion pump that my husband or I could refill daily. He recommended PARAGON as the pharmacy for us to work with to arrange weekly delivery of the medication and all supplies needed to complete treatment. Paragon has been incredible in coordinating and insuring the timely delivery of all necessary products. I realize that the actual delivery people don't work directly for Paragon, but it would be helpful if the delivery driver asked if we needed help bringing in that heavy box of expensive supplies. Because of his PICC line, my husband is restricted in lifting weight limit to 5 lbs. I'm a 74 year old woman with medical and mobility issues as well. We've finally figured out that we can get the box from the porch as far as the entryway using our feet to slide it. Then, we open and unload the box from the floor, to get the refrigerated product into cold storage. Three more weeks to go! Paragon are incredible!"
