H-E-B Pharmacy

"NO STAR!!! Horrible customer service!!! Being a clinician, I can just imagine how my patients go through. Prescription was sent since this morning. No notification from pharmacy that medicine is not available and I drove from my workplace in edinburg all the way to this pharmacy only to be told that it is not available??!!! It is almost 4 pm. At least some decency and courtesy on this pharmacy’s end to notify the customer about the med status so no time, energy, and gas are wasted!!! Especially in this excruciating hot weather!!! Pharmacy tech first states 1 to 1 1/2 hour wait then comes the pharmacist stating med is not available until tomorrow. So if I listened to the pharmacy tech, another 1 1/2 hours wasted?!!! HEB admin: have a process in place and implement it!!!! This is horrible!"

"Honestly if I could give a -5 star I would! it's been such a horrible experience since we moved to mission... this H EB is just bad, they take forever in the pharmacy. we just spent 30 minutes on the drive-through pharmacy waiting for one car in front of us which is absolutely unacceptable and then the curbe side is worse, honestly they don't give you more than half of the items that you asked for.. they've never notify cancelations and you will probably never find out if they refunded the money at all we are frustrated and have been trying to contact management and they never answer the phone, so there's really nothing to do about a very poor service on one of the H EB's that is supposed to be in the best areas of townpicking up it's really bad they don't give you half of the items they do not notify you by cancelations and you will probably never find out if they refund you the money that you paid on the curbside either way so at this point honestly I'm going back to the HB on fire which is where we use to shop and we don't have any trouble there management socks I try to reach them they never answered the phone so there's really nothing to do about a horrible service in 1 of the best areas of town"

"My family and I always are treated right when we go pick up our medications. The employees treat their customers well. I noticed Josh seems to interact well with all customers young and old. If your a regular customer he’ll address you by your last name. He makes it a point to recognize you as a valuable customer. Thank You Jooshie your commitment does not go unappreciated."

"I love this pharmacy! The pharmacist go above and beyond accommodating our needs. If there is a question or concern they will contact the physician to solve the issue rather than putting it back on the customer to go “back and forth”. That alone relieves a great deal of stress. The pharmacist and their supporting staff are to be commended."

"The absolute rudest pharmacy I have ever visited. I had a bad experience over the phone with a man hanging up on me when I asked questions about my perscription. I thought maybe they were just busy. So I decide to visit the drive thru and they made me drive all the way around again just so they could process my credit card(where 4 cars then cut in front of me). So i waited 25 min for my sick baby’s prescription. I am taking my business back to walgreens. Never again coming here."
