"It was a little frustrating reaching them, had to leave msg and have someone call me back. They did promptly call back however. The counselor they set me up with was perfect match. She related well with my age and issues. She is very understanding and patient. More importantly nonjudgmental. I finally have someone i can trust to talk to and help me make the more appropriate changes needed. I am very thankful. Also too their special programs helped to meet my financial limitations. Without that I don’t know what I would’ve done because I was feeling so lost, frustrated, limited, and condemned to be stuck in this vicious cycle ."
