"Do NOT make the mistake of giving these people your contact information. They hounded me for months to make an appointment for a device measuring. Cool. Thanks for the million texts and emails. Finally schedule the appointment and I’m running 10-15 minutes late. They call about 5 minutes after my show up time and say they have a 10 minute grace period and we’ll have to reschedule. If you’re going to send someone repeated solicitations, it’s kinda weird to then reject their money over a few minutes. Absolutely terrible experience. 0/10. Will never give them a dime of my money."
"Be very careful with these folks they quote you a reasonable price between $2300 to $2400 and they then charge your insurance almost 4 times that amount. I am still angry with them for this "bait and switch" tactic. Ask them first what they will charge your insurance first, because they cannot be trusted....All they could say was that was what the insurance allowed... terrible business model. I have not and will not recommend them to any of my family or friends. If you advertise one price but then gouge a person insurance guess who gets higher premiums next year? Its sad they care so little of being professional and upfront with their clientele."
