This place is replaced by a bunch of 20 year old heartless front office staff that have ZERO life experience , nor do they have any compassion and caring for others. The new management need a course in life itself. These youngsters have no idea about a patient in pain nor do they care. Not the place I knew a few years ago and not the place I will ever go back."

"This doctors office is hands down the BEST experience I've ever had! Alex and Maria in the office are just so sweet and helpful and so is Nurse Tiffany. I have to go out of town pretty often and they always work with me to get my prescriptions to me when I need them which may not sound like a big deal but it's huge for me. They're my 3rd doctors office I've been to in Austin , I've been going here for about two years now and they all just obviously care so much! Doctor Howerton is the best! She is very thorough and makes me feel like she truly cares and words things in a way that really make sense to me. I feel like everyone here has just gone above and beyond and provided the highest level of care. Just love em all. Thanks for being the best it means a lot to me.❤️"

The appointment was smoothly booked, the Doctor was on time, he always asks what is going on in my life as we3ll as my medical health, he always has made excellent referrals to highly qualified specialists and gets information back to me quickly via my Patient Portal. It is a pleasure to recommend this wonderful and talented physician. Thanks to my good health I cleared the medical to skydive for another year and I will be 78 yrs old next month."

"Been a patient here for a very long time. I give them very high marks as a lot of the staff has been here through it all! Dr. Turner is a very good doctor and gets you help if you need help with other specialties. Amanda his nurse is beyond excellent with her follow up/follow through. If caring and follow up are important to you, you will not be disappointed. That said please be realistic, they are busy and your insurance company drives a lot of what happens/doesn't happen. Really think a lot of this group and these 2 professionals. So grateful they take my insurance!"
