"As a former pharmacy tech that worked in a high volume pharmacy, I CANNOT believe I just had to wait in that drive thru for 40 minutes. When I first arrived there was 1 car in front of me. 30 minutes per customer???? In a small town?? If a prescription is going to take more than 5 minutes to fill, the customer needs to be told to come back and if people are waiting in the drive thru for more than 15 minutes at a time the person running the drive thru shouldn’t be filling prescriptions or doing other stuff while customers are waiting. Y’all are not that busy to be having lines like that in the drive thru."

"When they have a script that is out of stock they won't transfer to any other pharmacy. Call your physician and have them send the same script to another local pharmacy. I had a broken bone and they were out of the pain med and would not send my script to any other pharmacy on a Friday. I was in pain 3 days without meds.Dr office was closed weekend. Lately the same has happened with another med..lucky it was in the middle of the week so I called HEB and they filled a script."

"I cannot describe the level of help I received today from one of the pharmacists. I only regret that I didn't get her name. Long story short, she was able to not only recommend an OTC, but gave very helpful information about its use and when to call a doctor. It was honestly like speaking with a saintly genius. Ultimate respect."

"I have been very pleased with this pharmacy. If they do not have one of the prescriptions I take in stock, they find a place that does. I had a mix-up with my Medicare Part B so am having to pay out-of-pocket. Meagan went through finding the best discounts for the scripts I have to have. I had found Good Rx but it would only apply for one of my scripts & thank goodness Meagan was so helpful. I have also found all of the Pharmacists to be pleasant and more than willing to answer questions and concerns."

"All the pharmacists are very nice and take the time needed to explain everything thoroughly which I really appreciate. I have never had any issues with this pharmacy. Sometimes things aren't filled due to backorder but that's not their fault. The pharmacy techs are nice too."
