"If I could I wouldn't even give this office 1 star. Every time I call i ALWAYS get placed on hold and ALWAYS have to call back. Half of the time I call back nobody picks up the phone so I usually have to call about 7 times! When they do pick up I get hung up on by selene or who ever else. This location is the worst one I've ever been to by far!!! Call conroe.!! They pick up one the second to third ring you don't get hung up on and you get the right service with no attuide!"

"i love coming here. i've never breastfed, but they do have a room for women who'd like privacy. although, i see no problem with public breast feeding! they also, are so easy going when it comes to the type of milk that best fits my children. without having a doctor's note, i was able to switch to silk, and lactaid! just super awesome service all around the board!"

"Love love love this place and for the record one of the ladies came from the vidor office which I used to use when I first had my oldest 10years ago she's an amazing person! Very kind and caring!"

"I want to take the time to write this review just for the fact that Miss Hilda Huerta is such a nice lady she is the nutritionist at this location and she is the most hearty person I've known in her field, she literally made everything possible to give me a space to check my baby and help me to properly breastfeed my baby. At the end it was because I was unable to produce milk but she help me right away to make sure I got formula and I'm very glad she was there when I needed her other that than being firt time mommy I wouldn't figure it out on my own. Thank you UTMB WIC"

"Why yes the speak spanish.. and English. I dont know spanish. And if you talk to them they speak back very friendly and share storys and advice. Ik known them for 7 years, everyone of them is kind and helpful. Dont jugde by looks or language. Awesome place to be blessed by. More than greatful and appreciative!! I do with they had more room for chairs since we do all have kids. But we always work i out. Not their fault. Love these people and this place. I dont feed bad for receiving benefits here. They make you feel proud to care enough to keep it up. Its all about health here!!"
