"I just want to take the time and say Juan Hilario is absolutely amazing. I have never in my life had s Texas Health Step appointment where the physician takes his time and checks everything, but he does. I have four kids and every time I come in he is always amazing. He takes his time explains EVERYTHING. Hes not just trying to get you out of his office. To me this was Connally best decision to hire him hes great. Thank you Mr. Hilario"

"I do not recommend this pediatrician at all! Took my child to her for a follow up after a hospital admission. She was very rude speaking to us, barely even looked at him and mentioned me switching my child elsewhere. I said yes, I’m switching my child to where I am but needs to be seen now. She told me that I needed to not waste her time and save her patient slots for HER PATIENTS. All she had to do was the follow up and actually do her job, and we’d be on our way. But instead dismissed us and was rude. That’s upsetting to any parent trying to get their child good care. I was crying and heartbroken from the horrible experience for my child."

"I won't go totally crazy on this like I want to and talk horribly about this clinic because I've been going there with my kids since it was opened (under another pediatrician than the one now) and NEVER had any issues. But without getting too much into anything I'll just say I will never take my kids back there. The pediatrician is inexperienced and has never had a good bedside manner with my kids or me. So if you're planning on taking your children to this clinic, you might wanna do some research first. Thanks!"

"I DO NOT RECOMMEND this doctor if you are wanting delayed vaccines for your child. I scheduled an appointment in my 3rd trimester in advance for my son’s 2 month old checkup and the staff stated the doctor would be ok with my decision to have delayed vaccines. I wish I would’ve read the reviews prior to my appointment because I drove 45 min to her office only for her to be extremely rude from the moment she walked into the room. When I didn’t agree to have all the vaccines she was recommending, she rudely stated she did not believe she is the doctor for my son and to look elsewhere. She failed to continue to do a thorough exam on my 2 month old child and walked out of the room. Then, I could hear her tell her staff not to schedule me again. I was so upset I cried in the car. If she cared at all for my son’s well-being she would’ve done a complete exam regardless of my decision to only get 4 vaccines instead of the 7-8 she was wanting him to get."
