"I ate here on a Sunday 2/18. There were only two people working. Theresa and Amy. The place was full, but they were working hard with smiles on their faces. The food was cooked perfectly. A couple weeks prior, the person at the register basically asked us to leave because only two people were working. It just shows that the attitude makes all the difference."

"Just came back from dinner with my little sister and mom. Do not recommend. The guy at the front charged me extra at the register, then the manager had to refund my card. I made the mistake of ordering the fish and it came out smelling like a foot. Probably have bad fish back there. Didn't even attempt to get something else made or a refund. My mom's food came out after my sister was done eating and when my sister went to place a to-go order, the manager ignored her. They got my sister's margarita order wrong three times and eventually told her they were out of ingredients. She winded up getting a regular and drinking it fast so we could leave. I read this place is under new management, and I understand the struggle post covid to find decent help, but this was ridiculous! Will not be going back and wouldn't eat their food if it was free."

"We keep coming back in hopes it will return to what it once was. The food and margaritas aren’t good like they used to be. Our visit last night was pretty disappointing. Our queso had zero flavor and seemed watery, the beer wasn’t cold and the nachos/tacos were just okay, nothing special. We’ll keep holding out hope that it will improve."

"At 2:30pm, no attempt had been made to clean up from lunchtime. The floor was littered with food and napkins, and every table had food messes. There were no clean tables. Only two other customers were in the place, but none of the three employees visible in the kitchen even entered the dining room for over an hour. Fuzzy’s is a self-order, then self-serve your drink before you find yourself a table kind of restaurant. It took quite a while for any employee to come to the front of the store so we could get the process rolling. He gave us the impression that we had disrupted his plans by wanting to order food. Fuzzy’s is a self-bus restaurant, but the area where diners are expected to place dirty dishes was stacked full, so several tables also had dirty dishes, soda cups, and margarita glasses. In fact, ALL of the dishes were dirty, so my dining partner received his shrimp enchilada and tacos in in separate little paper take-out boats. Fuzzy’s is also a self-serve-your-tray-when-you’re-called place, but ALL of the trays were stacked up dirty, so the cook put my plate and my partner’s two paper takeout boats directly onto the pass-thru counter, and called us up. My partner uses a cane, and I use crutches, so neither of us could carry the food in one trip without a tray. My partner picked up a warped but only lightly soiled tray (pic), and placed our food on it. The cook and a second employee stood watching us, as one of the two customers got up and offered to help us. Fuzzy’s is a self-find-utensils place too. The flatware station itself was visibly dirty, probably because it was beneath the pass-thru counter, where foodfall was inevitable. It contained one metal butter knife, a handful of metal forks, and a handful of plastic takeout teaspoons. I used the plastic teaspoons because they were individually wrapped and therefore free of… well, everything but spoon. I have eaten at the Watson Road Fuzzy’s before, so I was not surprised that the food was better than good. My refried beans, potatoes, carnitas enchilada, beef enchilada, & the queso on top, they were delicious all. I was surprised by how very dirty the place was. I was more surprised by the stunning lack of either effort or concern on the parts of any employee or, apparently, any manager. They had neglected cleaning to the point of running out of knives, trays, plates? Plates? Surprise! But I was most surprised by the giant glass TIP BOX."

"I just ordered from this location via Uber eats. I got everything delivered in a timely manner, however my food was literally inedible. I ordered the tempura mahi tacos and they were burnt to a crisp to the point I couldn’t eat them. I also ordered the sopapilla bites which didn’t have any of the cheesecake filling, just empty puffs of fried bread served with a side of icing. I also ordered a drink that just wasn’t given with my order so it’s debatable where the fault lies there. Y’all can do better."
