"I had a bad experience with these people specifically with Dr J she was rude and showed no sympathy, for what my son is going through. I had a follow up appointment but I told them I wasn't got back and they need to give that Dr J some more training because she didn't help us at all. What a waste of time. I got the help my son needed at Clarity with Dr. Farrell."

"I would stay away from this place I was looking for a new doctor because mine was no longer accepting my insurance. I found this place and honestly it seems like they just want money. I have been diagnosed with ADD since 1995 never had any issues until now at age 40! They wanted me to do all types of testing then for every result they want me to schedule a new appointment for results specifically. Today was the absolutely last straw, they scheduled me with a doctor I didn't know. Then she asked me why I was taking adderall and I'm just like have you looked at my chart? I'm taking it for ADD then she said that it only works for people under 20 typically, which NEVER has a doctor told me this; Maybe I'm the exception not the rule though, idk. Then she went on to tell me I may have been misdiagnosed because she believes I have a mood disorder. She said this because I said there was a time in my life when I had a higher sex drive and because I get irritable, I'm even more annoyed because after this I was like I just got my hormones checked and they were extremely low which cause guess what...both irritability and low sex drive, then it almost seemed like she dismissed it. Definitely go to another place this place is absolutely horrible."

I then came for my last appointment and they gave me a doctor that didn’t really listen to my concerns, nor had no idea what the previous doctor had been covering with me. Then told me he was scheduling me a quick wellness call just to see how the medication was working for me. I figured a five or so minute call would be no problem, but discovered they were going to change my insurance and I for this call."
