"This place does not even deserve a star but if I don’t put one it won’t let me post. The Contreras family lied about many things especially with the fact that Andrew is in charge when in fact it’s his mom who runs everything and there apparently were complaints about how she ran her business. Andrew lied and told us that his parents were retired and this was solely his company. Not true! We weren’t allowed to just visit our son nor were we allowed in the house without making specific plans with the mom “because she is the boss”. We had to get adult protected services and AACOG to assist with an EMERGENCY REMOVAL of the home because they would not allow us in the house. Then I had to report to adult protected services because they would not return my son’s SSI Money. I had to get a lawyer. They had three months worth of checks they would not return. Shortly after we found out that my son was declared dead and we suspected it was them that did this. Their big story is that he has a brother but I guess the brother is the only one really taken care of. One comment talks about an obese client and yes.... an obese client who had three refrigerators in his room stock up with every soda imaginable and a closet full of junk food. Andrew was so involved in the original plans but once my son was with them you couldn’t get a hold of him. He was always traveling and posted on Facebook about his travels. The only person you were allowed to contact was his mom who as I said had allegations charged against her or her husband and I was told that they were not allowed to have a group home. Never heard from Andrew anymore and mom would not return my calls anymore hence a lawyer and adult protective services and AACOG getting involved. This was my experience and I feel you should know about it as you make decisions for your child. Also note that Drew Contreras is in fact Andrew Contreras trying to make his company look good. He goes by Drew in his social media. I forgot to add that when I just showed up I found that my son and another client were ALONE with no supervision. They had not eaten. It was 11 and they had no idea when someone was coming and were given instructions NOT to open the door. When I tried to get a hold of someone neither Andrew nor Martha would return my calls. That’s was the final conclusion to ADPS and AACOG getting involved."

"Non-payment is their game. I had to go down to tx work force just to get my wages. It seems you have to threaten to get what your owed. I used to work for them. They love to work you to death but not pay what you are owed. They were always short handed. Never had enough staff. They even try to put you to work a group home and not even delegated to do it. They barely even pay you for the you use in their vehicles and in return have to use your own wages to do it. The clients simply run the whole show. The company has or will not have no interest in calling you back. The clients eat whatever and whenever they that. Yes clients may have their rights but they also have a right to live and make the right decisions."

"I am a mother of a child with Down Syndrome and a RN, I started working with this company in Feb. 2017 and quite in May 2017 I wanted to get experience for future knowledge for my child. I Had to quite for reason I would rather not get into. I loved working with the clients and actually loved my job but again had leave. Since then I have not been pain my wages of over $900.00 dollars. While I was there I witnessed many ex-employees who also did not get paid. So I am not a disgruntle employee. Just would like what is rightfully mine, my worked wages."

"Everyone steer away from this fraud company!!! They have left my loved one sleeping on a couch, stranded by herself police had to be called and ran investigation. When we would finally convince my aunt to get out of there these fraud people would try to convince her things would change and bribe her!! I would not recommend this place for anyone's loved one's!! Please watch out! I would hate for anyone's relatives to go through what my loved one went through!! Ashley I'm so sorry this company has done that to you! Martha amd Andrew made it very difficult for my family. They never answered their phones!! My grandmother passed away which is my relatives mother and these people said they were unable to take her!! They held her medications for over a week. We have found a wonderful home for my aunt. She has her own bathroom and the staff is amazing! Martha screw you!! And this company. Everything will be brought to light!"

"Do not work for this company. They wont pay me for the days that i worked. I call and leave messages and nobody ever returns your calls. I guess they think people work for free. I also wouldnt recommend you taking your loved ones there. All they eat is frozen food not healthy at all. They have obese client and stuff him with frozen food and junk food. Not only that they allow him to buy all that junk food. He should be eating healthy but they dont care that hes killing himself eating like that. That client also has the other clients catering to all his needs. The other clients do everything for him. Also not good because he gets no excercise either. Do not take your loved ones there"
