"Dr Cerean was excellent and someone I would trust with my vision. The front office staff is poorly trained and unprofessional and the office is strikingly lousy. I am sorry to the doctor for having to give this rating, it is absolutely no reflection of him. I would gladly recommend him at any other venue. However, as patient/consumer, I am going to demand better from my healthcare provider and will not be returning to this facility next time. The quality of talent and skill among healthcare workers is deteriorating at an alarming rate. We should be better than this in America. Doctors and groups like this need to invest in training because the U.S. education system is not doing you any favors."

"A +++++. Very professional service from start to finish. The MA was very friendly and did everything to make me feel comfortable and gave me very comfortable eye care. Then doctor Hayes was very informative about my eyes condition and gave me every option available to me on the next step regarding my eye care. And he followed through with a phone call to my husband at my request for printed information to share with him about my eye condition and eye care. Dr. Hayes was extremely thoughtful and both me and my husband were well informed by doctor Hayes. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of eye care. I myself didn't know that people with Medicaid coverage could be seen by an Ophthalmologist-a specialist of the eye. Which is very different from an Optometrist.
