"I am a lifelong allergy-sufferer. I saw Dr. Robert Ramirez yesterday, and had a wonderful experience! I waited maybe 3-5 minutes before taken to the back by a very kind medical assistant (I believe her name started with a K, but can't remember sorry!). She took all of my info and was very thorough, and sweet. Dr. Ramirez met with me and took the time to listen to my story and my concerns. He was attentive, thorough, kind, and funny! I received an allergy test and even a spirometry test because Dr. Ramirez was concerned with my symptoms and wanted to figure them out. I was at the office 2 hours and everyone I came into contact with was amazing. My original medical assistant who also performed my allergy testing was so sweet and explained the whole process to me. Dr. Ramirez listened to my concerns and symptoms and vowed to create a plan to help me feel better. He explained things to me and gave me tips and information to empower me to take charge of my allergies. He advised me that we may need to take a different course of action if one method doesn't work, and was very up front. Allison came in after the allergy test and cleaned me up. The lady who performed my spirometry test was also personable, funny, kind, and patient. She coached me through it and repeatedly checked on me and asked how I was doing and made sure I was okay. I have never been to a medical office where I was given ample time to articulate my concerns and received such thoughtful and diligent responses and a plan of care. For the first time in my life, I feel like I have a plan of action to help alleviate my allergy symptoms and I am so happy.
