We spent a good bit of time in her office going over my history, the reason I was there & my plans moving forward, I didn't feel rushed & felt very heard! I'm so glad I waited to get this appointment, I definitely feel like I chose the right doctor. She is pretty booked, but worth the wait!"

"Dr. Cuen is phenomenal. I'm a guy and would be pleased to have her as my doctor if she wasn't an OBGYN. She's never in a hurry even when clearly busy, is very human and empathetic, and knowledgeable. She will explain your options and let you choose without any judgment. My wife and I both respect her as a person and doctor. 10/10 The office is a typical-to-above-average US medical office for better or worse. There really isn't a strong sense that you are a valued customer; it's all business. Some office staff are kind and caring, and others are less so. They also have some unique policies regarding children over 6 months in the office and multiple people accompanying patients even in the waiting room. Undoubtedly, these policies exist for a reason, but they could be problematic or inconvenient for some patients. Know the rules (which are well communicated) and make sure you agree with them before you go and you won't have any issues. We travel across the city to come here and it is worth it."

"I really loved Dr. Shah during my pregnancies. She’s the best obgyn I’ve ever had. After my pregnancies, I only ever got scheduled with the NP. I missed three appointments back to back, and they dismissed me from the office without any warning. I tried calling the office manager and never heard back. It’s so sad cause I absolutely loved this doctor, but they didn’t even warn me that I couldn’t miss another appointment or I’d be dismissed. They just sent a letter saying they would no longer see me. Just disappointed because it seems like they just saw me as another number."

"Dr. Hall is a phenomenal doctor. She answered all of my questions and handled my concerns with great care. She is SO friendly and sweet. She made me feel at ease and made sure I felt comfortable during our visit. I’ve had some bad experiences with other doctors, and Dr. Hall exceeded my expectations on how a doctor should be. We made a plan to meet my goals with becoming pregnant and she gave me a positive outlook on my journey going forward. Also, the staff is amazing. Everyone is very friendly and polite. The woman who took my blood samples in the lab is an absolute gem. She was so sweet and caring. It made me feel like I was talking to an Auntie. Thank you Dr. Hall and staff!"
