Just Tires

"While I was there to get tires after an emergency flat, I was initially pleased with the front desk staff. Sadly, a short time into my time there, the mechanic staff came in being surprisingly loud, rowdy and were constantly laughing and joking unprofessionally while eating a box of candies in the lobby. It seemed like a bunch of young teenage guys had just either toked on weed or the candy they were eating was laced with pot from how juvenile they were being. They were standing around loudly talking, joking and laughing while customers were waiting to be served. You could even hear them laughing while they were working. They came out into the lobby area and stood around joking about. They were very loud and unprofessional."

"The recent extreme weather conditions were chaotic and created unexpected needs of emergency tire services for so many. David and the entire Sunday’s Team rose up to the challenge. I was an hour away from home and they serviced my car and ensured my cars safety and ability to get home. The customer service and quality of service was superb. "My tire sensor was blinking. They said 3 out of the 4 TPMS were not functioning and wanted $125 for each. I had a bad feeling, so I went to Discount Tires and it was only 1 bad TPMS, and for only $90. I will no longer go to Just Tires in Deerfield. They tried to rip me off. Will also tell my family and friends not to go there ever."

"If you're looking incompetent employees and absolutely non-existent customer service, this is the place for you! Otherwise , pay the same or less somewhere else and get decent service. I brought my blown out tire in to drop off and have it replaced. I was told it would be ready in the afternoon and they would install it. I picked it up in the afternoon and was told to drive around to the first bay where a clearly stoned high school kid looked at me blankly and said "what do you need?" I explained that I was here for my new tire and he said "oh, you gotta go inside for that". I explained I had been inside, paid for my tire and was sent out here and he said "so, you want air in the spare tire?" I went back inside and told the guy at the desk. He sent me back outside and met me with the tire, then asked where I wanted it. I said "I want it on the car since that's what I paid for". He said "oh, we have to get that into the garage, so you have to make an appointment for that". Apparently a shop that literally sells "just tires" does not have the capability to jack up a Mazda hatchback and change a tire quickly."

"This is how service should be! My family is a trusted customer for nearly a decade. Upfront easy to understand pricing. Friendly customer service. Status updates as the car is being worked on and completed. You don’t even have to call and ask for the same person, quality of service and knowledge is consistent across the team. Took my car from the dealership to come to Just Tires! Great job Teddy, Kerry and Antonio, I’ll be back and not just because the tires are under warranty. Keep up the good work."
