"I’ve been seeing Dr. Meskill since January when I changed insurance. I LOVED my previous pain management doctor (Dr Tisdall) but Dr. Meskill has been excellent. I was scared changing practices but I have absolutely zero regrets choosing this one. They are very responsive by text and my requests are handled fast. Appointments are easy to make with good wait times and my first injection from scheduling to end was fast and easy. The nurse was even able to get an IV in my hand on the first try - that hasn’t happened in years. I’m very satisfied."

Starting seeing a orthopedic surgeon who referred me to Texas Pain Experts finally got the test needed to pin point pain and the staff awesome can't say enough about the doctors I won't be going any were else. "This is the first time in over 2 and a half years that someone actually listened to my problems regarding my pain. NP Jacqueline truly cared about my pain and that is something I haven't felt in a long time. The staff was friendly and the wait time was non existing."

"Went to my scheduled appointment today suffering from a migraine for the last 8 hours only to be told that I have to be rescheduled because I took 400 mg of ibuprofen at 1:30 in the morning for pain. The long text message doesn’t mention anything about not taking ibuprofen for 24 hours prior to the procedure. Below is the message that was sent. When I mentioned it to the young lady she smiled and said oh yes it needs to be changed it happened yesterday too. Needless to say I left still suffering from the migraine, having fasted since 7 pm the day before only to have had my time wasted. A driver must accompany you to and stay present NO PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION). If you are not having sedation these instructions don't apply. If you take blood thinners (COUMADIN, PLAVIX, LOVENOX, AGGRENOX, XARELTO, EFFIENT, PRADAXA), only stop this medication under the instruction of your cardiologist or Dr. Meskill. DO NOT STOP THESE MEDS UNLESS coordinated. If you are taking antibiotics or have an active infection, please call the office immediately. "I am absolutely appalled at what I’ve experienced and I haven’t even been seen. My former pain clinic closed down and the NP I was seeing supposedly now works here. I was so excited. When the staff asked for an ROI, I filled it out but when they called back they had called a completely different business, that I never went to, requesting medical records. I corrected the person who told me this and after reviewing my actual medical records, I was told they wouldn’t accept me as a patient because they couldn’t offer me anything and that my previous treatment hadn’t been helpful and that I had declined additional treatments. Both of these things are false. So, now I am unable to continue care with a NP I really connected with. I cannot believe any doctor thinks it’s ok to refuse treatment to someone. I feel completely lost."
