Ive called back 3 times and left a message w a nurse w no response. How do you tell someone they need surgery then don’t follow through. I can tell you who WON’T be performing this surgery…"

"The doctors and nurses are great, they have always been very friendly and helpful which was something I was looking for when switching practices due to location. The wait time is a bit long even when you have a set appointment time though. However, the office lady, Trish I believe is her name, is super rude and unprofessional. She has never been friendly but my last visit was even more unfriendly than usual. I am an office manager and could never imagine treating customers/patients the way she does. She could use some training in customer service skills. She was the reason my blood pressure was very elevated at the start of my visit and I had to wait over an hour to retake it for it to go down at 33 weeks pregnant. She was rude about collecting payment from me (when I have paid my balance every single visit nonetheless), lied to me regarding what billing told her which contradicted what the lady in billing told me on the phone, and then thought it would be professional to talk to the other receptionist about it when she thought I was out of earshot. I really like Dr. Price but experiences like that with her are why people don’t return."

"Today I saw Dr. Nichole Mastro. I was placed in the Best Hands possible! She listened to my concerns, provided different alternatives to treat and then offered the last alternative- surgery. She was super informative in her approach. I also appreciated her very gentle touch during my PapSmear!! In my 58 years I have only had 2 or 3 other Gynecologists be so knowledgeable and gentle with that procedure. Dr. Mastro is a Keeper for sure!! She is super knowledgeable about her techniques and very approachable and friendly! Thank you for your time Dr. Mastro and for serving our community of beautiful San Antonio Women!"
