During his assessment we discovered I had a pinched nerve in my neck causing the pain. He applied some manual techniques along with rehab exercises to aid in my healing. "Airrosti is in an easy-to-access medical plaza in Westover Hills off highway 151. There is plenty of convenient parking on two sides of the building. There isn't a receptionist so when you arrive, you can go ahead and take a seat because a bell rings in the back and someone will come to check you in shortly. I recommend wearing comfy clothes and shoes that give you stability. The online login where you access your stretches and workouts is a great asset to your healing journey. I never review doctors offices but Airrosti hands down has been the best doctor's office experience I've ever had. I called to schedule (I'm able to do this without a referral because of my insurance) and the lovely receptionist reassured me that I was making an appointment at the right place based on my issue and she scheduled me for the very next day! My pain was a 7 out of 10 the first appointment and a 0.5 out of 10 on the fourth and last appointment. I'm truly grateful for every step of this healing experience. Dr Berg and Gilbert took my pain seriously. They were both professional and friendly, patient and educational. Dr. Berg took the time to fully explain where my pain was originating and then pinpointing each pain point, easing the pain with what seemed like magic pressure. Gilbert gave me the confidence to tackle the stretches and exercises. I'm amazed how much better I felt after the first appointment. Thanks to both Dr. Berg and Gilbert!
