"BAD BATTERIES - STAY AWAY I originally purchased a “blemished” battery from them and it didn’t last very long. After a few months I came back and bought another battery but this time it was supposed to be new. After a few months the new battery would lose its charge very quickly. I went back to the store and the young guy had every excuse regarding how my vehicle was the cause and not the battery. After going back and forth with them they refused to replace the battery. Interstate claimed to have a two year warranty and it’s been less than a year and they didn’t honor their warranty. I’ve been going here for years until now. This is not the same place as it once was, the service and the battery quality isn’t what I used to receive. I will not be recommending anyone or going back there anymore. I just purchased a new battery from Auto Zone which was less money than the Interstate battery plus it came with a 3 year warranty."
