"This rating is for billing. I finished my IOP in mid-January 2024. They still haven't billed my insurance mid-Feb 2024.. Do let them bill you after they've submitted to insurance. I learned the hard way. I paid $771.50 which covers my deductible. I've met it again since MESA hasn't tbotheredto submit my claim. Nor will they return my $ or a phone call. Go elsewhere. Get a one on one therapist."

"if I can give them a zero star, I would first off if a parent coming to you asking for help and just because of a child with a disability doesn’t not have the capability of answering the questions that you were asking and understanding the questions that you’re asking him or her does not mean they are unfit for your program I feel like just a waste of time. If you’re going to interview the child, why have the parent come and fill out so much paperwork and answer all the not even gonna help the parent caring parent that takes time off of work to come to to do the application to sit and do admissions and and all that good stuff that we supposed to do as a parent a caring parent is just a waste of time don’t even go here and waste your time parents if you need help this not this place sincerely, a caring parent"

"After tons of conflicting information regarding my child’s treatment, we ultimately went to a much better program. Also, they pick up every child and ride around to each house and drop them off together at the end of the day…. Making it so that the other patients know your address. I had a random patient show up at my house after my daughter was no longer in treatment and leave something at our door. This is a safety concern and was not taken seriously. They said since your daughter is no longer patient here it doesn’t matter. They were not going to do anything nor did they show any concern for safety."

"Where do I even begin to attempt to praise Mesa Springs Innovations and their wonderful team who went above and beyond in providing my child with the best care and respect. She came in very shy and was afraid to open up and with their help she has made so much progress. Not every case is the same but I truly appreciate the facility for offering transportation for my child from picking her up at my job and dropping her off at the end of the day. I could not ask for more. Thank you Ms Valencia for as well for ensuing her safety while on the transportation van. My child was outpatient there for almost 4 weeks and they provided her with great care. They made Halloween special by giving them treats and candy bags, they celebrated progress by allowing them to enjoy a meal from a restaurant on Fridays. The entire staff kept open communication with me while my child was there. I never felt in the dark about any of her treatment, and there was always accountability. I highly recommend this facility for outpatient care. I went in not knowing if this was the best choice but it turned out to be one the best blind decisions I’ve had to make as a parent for my child. Thank you all and we will miss you!"
