"I cannot emphasize how amazing Connections Wellness Group is! I started in group therapy not sure what to expect. I found a welcoming group of positive people. I found a therapist that truly teaches tangible skills. I found confidence in my medication management. And best of all, I truly found myself. Honestly, this place has been life changing for me. Belle is the friendliest administrator I've ever met. Caitlin is a caring, empathetic director. Mercedes is the kindest nurse I've ever encountered. Kiri is a phenomenal NP who truly puts your concerns first. Whether you worry about medicine side effects or troubling symptoms, she truly works with you. She truly cares. Lastly, Sarah is a phenomenal therapist. She creates a safe environment for everyone. Sarah goes above and beyond to ensure her psychoeducation portion is relevant to each person. She helps foster a community-like environment in which everyone feels safe not only sharing with her but with each other. And she truly takes each patients' safety and well-being to heart. Thank you Sarah! I could not be where I am today without Sarah and the rest of the amazing staff at CWG!"

"I cannot stress this enough: if you or a loved one is struggling with mental health, go elsewhere. During my intake assessment, I was treated like a number. It was a very cold one size fit all experience. I reached out to see a psychiatrist about severe depression, and the intake coordinator, Jasmine, insisted on group therapy 5 days a week during business hours. She did not listen to my needs. She was unreasonable and cold. People will die under care like this. I called to make sure upper management knew how poorly I was treated and have not received a call back. Treatment like this is why the mental health field has a stigma."

"I have never had to see a psychiatrist before and was very nervous but it was very nice that the environment was very calm and welcoming. The doctor was the one that came and got me from the waiting room and the one on one never felt pressured and I was able to open up very easily. I had my sister there for moral support and that was a big help"

"My wife was going through some things and called this place. They sound great over the phone, but once she went for treatment nothing she was promised was delivered, in fact the staff was insanely rude and just kept saying they were short staffed. Thankfully we got her in with some qualified professionals elsewhere. This place will kill people if they stay on their current path. When she left they kept offering a patient advocate even though due to being short staffed they did not have one readily available. If someone you love needs help this is not the place! It exists purely to make money."

"This place will kill people. The intake coordinator did not listen at all. I was told the program would be specifically tailored for each individual. I was signed up for group therapy only. The counselor constantly complained about being short staffed. When I confronted the fact that I was lied to, and determined I needed intense INDIVIDUAL therapy, nobody could get me in for months. The billing people call demanding payment before a single session can begin. Over $200/day for nothing. Not listening and lying to mental health patients and leaving us high and dry will kill people. Beware"
