"Worst customer service. Ted is terrible. Do not go here. We confirmed the night before that we were renting a U-Haul and picking it up at 8:30am. We arrive at 8:30am and Ted says we have to wait until 9:00am because that’s when they officially open. So even though he’s there he makes us wait for 30 minute in the parking lot. Then we get the van and even though it’s supposed have a half a tank of gas it’s on 1/4 so my husband has to spend $60 on gas. We drop it off hours later and follow the process, my husband parks the van on the side of the business where the rest of the trucks are. Ted calls my husband the next day to, and I wish I was joking, YELL at him for parking it too far away. My husband asks what he needs to do to fix it, and Ted says “nothing” then hangs up. We are never using this place again."
