"We have had very good experience at this facility with ALL staff. Everyone is very nice, friendly, helpful and make you feel welcomed at all times. Its already nerve breaking and hard to have to come here but I feel like it very very much helped my child. Most def recommend this facility if you are in need of looking for OP."

"We have visited a few times, and have had positive experiences every time. Most recently, Marissa was the therapist, and she was fantastic. She had appropriate interaction/feedback with the parent, and had very productive family sessions. I’m very thankful we have somewhere safe and healing for our child to go when needed."

"Ms. Marissa was simply amazing. She got my very depressed, angry son and got him to open up and take responsibility for bad behavior and not try to validate it. Week one we were talking about residential treatment, here we are on discharge day (6 weeks later) and I couldn't be more happy to have my son back. He has come so far in a short time I can't wait to see where he is in the future. It's looking so bright. I could never in a million years thank Ms. Marissa enough for the hard work and dedication she put into my child and the work he put in himself with the tools she gave him."

"We had a wonderful experience at Innovations. The staff was very friendly, easy to talk to, and understanding. My daughter attended the PHP program. She loved it there so much that she did not want to leave. During her time there she began to open up for the first time in years. Althoughe we will continue outpatient therapy, I think this program was the perfect starting point for her. Many thanks to the Innovations team for all of their concern and support!!!"

"We have sent our daughter here twice for care. In addition to her mental health, she has a chronic illness that requires 24 hour management. Stephanie and Rosie always provide attentive and cautious care that met all of her physical and mental health needs and never questioned her safety there for any reason. Lauren is an objective therapist and I love her candor and honesty with the kids. She is very open and accepting of these kids and my daughter and really strives to help each child navigate their experiences and relationships. Communication from their team always exceeded my expectations. Matt, the program director knows every kid by name, is outside sending them off each day with encouragement. I never see him in his office and I love that about him. Dr. Mona Alvi made my daughter comfortable and gave her time and space to open up and really listen to her. In our experience, this isn't something that psychiatrists in this setting make time for. She considered and aligned prescription decisions with discharge plans from inpatient hospitalization and if anything was every changed or adjusted, it was communicated and explained as to why. I really appreciate that she exercised continuity of care even though my daughter came from an inpatient hospital not affiliated with Mesa Springs. When I had a medication concern, Stephanie or Rosie always communicated them to Dr. Alvi and it was addressed. Everyone we've encountered there have been kind. It's been a difficult 6 months for our family and I'm so grateful for the care my daughter received at Innovation Camp Bowie."
