"We bought new tires and had to wait almost a month for installation. The day of the installation, they broke one of the wheel locks and told us they couldn’t replace the tires. We had to take the car to a shop to get all wheel locks replaced, costed us $70. They told us we could bring the car back as soon as we fixed the wheel locks, without needing an appointment. We got the locks replaced the next day and brought the car back, just for them to tell us we needed an appointment and they couldn’t work on the car. My wife had to get extremely pissed and almost raise her voice for them to keep their promise. This is not worth it what you supposedly safe to replace 4 tires. Long wait times, bad service, unprofessional staff. Issues like this make Sam’s membership worthless of keeping."

"Cane in with no appointment for a tire. The girl that helped me quoted me a reasonable time and was accurate on timing. Work was done correctly when I got home checked the tq on the lugs and they were to spec, tire inflated to spec. Pricing was fair."

"Nick was amazing to get help from. Started over the phone, have me honest advice and recommendations without any pushing to buy from SC. Ended up buying my tires from SC which was a lot cheaper than competitors. They had them installed within the hour on the day of my appointment (which was within a week from when my tires were delivered)"

"Had 4 tires put on my vehicle. 6moths down the road I got a nail in the tire, I went to have it fixed at another place, they informed me that I had expired tires! Something I didn't know is, they keep tires in the warehouse they said the dates don't matter. I on the other hand when purchasing would like all my tires with the updated date, not something that is expired. I would like a tire that isn't 3yrs old already. I get it's still new.. but it's still 3yrs old!"

"Called for an estimate but no one answers the phone. Called at least 5 times but to no avail. Have to go to the store (about 15 miles away from me) only to find out the tires I want are not in stocks. Very disappointed. The technician was apologetic though."
