"This pharmacy sucks! 1. I placed an order using the app to refill my prescription only to be told I have to wait three days before it can be filled because they don’t have any… what happens if this was a critical medication for somebody? Do they just suffer? 2. On the day it was able to be filled I called the pharmacy early in the day so they can get started on filling it “it’ll be ready in a few hours” okay fine. Only to show up and it NOT be ready, but have them tell me they won’t be able to fill 9 days supply worth because they don’t have enough?! I’m switching pharmacies and I highly recommend everybody else do the same."
"The wait is ridiculously long. They could probably use some more staff. But the customer service is always above and beyond. Even when customer before me gets upset they still greet me with a with a smile. If its emergency, late, and we just showed up from the Doctor's office, they have always tried to fill the prescription before closing."
