"I am a VA patient. I called them 3 weeks ago to get repairs done on one of my hearing aids. I had repairs to the other there in September of last year so I still had a valid authorization. They said they would have to contact the VA for a new authorization and would call me. After 2 weeks I called the VA and was told I had a valid authorization and the VA wasn't going to issue another. I called A+ back and told them what the VA said and after some further checking they found the authorization. Told me I could come in any day before 11:30 Monday through Thursday. So I drove over to the office and got the same run around again...they were going to have to make new ear molds and send my hearing aid off somewhere. They put that faulty ear bud on in September in their office. Finally they gave my hearing aid back and said they would call me...Still waiting. I called the VA and their Audiology clinic has ordered new ear buds and I will have to drive to Harlingen to have them put on. It's a 60 mile round trip for me, but it looks like I'll be going there for future work"

Despite me not purchasing my hearing aid here, everytime I've visited the nice people at A+ they've never let me down. They're friendly, knowledgeable and I hope when my hearing aid needs replacement, it happens down here, I highly recommend this business."
