"I went in today to check out the new store since I have Verizon and pay an arm and a leg for my bill, Total by Verizon seemed like a good idea. When I entered the store Ramon was there with a smile and eagerly ready to answer any questions and give me as many details as I needed for making my decision. He was very up beat and had a great attitude; then again, everyone who was there seemed to be very nice! A++ on customer service."
