"Dr Casas has been out Dr for a few years. My husband suffers from parkinson and lately was diagnosed with carotid stenosis and VENTIBRAL ARTERY OCCLUSION. It's Soo unfortunate that my husband has been visiting the hospital and rehab for this particular issue and I have been a hard time trying to get a referral to visit a vascular specialist in mccallen because has refused to provide me with one. After my husband last minor stroke two months ago he finally decided to give us a referral but it was a wrong diagnosis. When I brought to his attention he told me that the rehab would provide me with one which sadly to say it's the PCP who should provide us with one. This will be my last draw to request it so I make an appt because my husband needs to be attendant to.asap. if he doesn't cooperate then I will bring it to the attention of the Texas medical board in Austin, Texas. I will give him 1 star."

"The Doctor is amazing but it's difficult to reach them. Ive been trying to call them for the past 4 days with NO success. It rings once and takes me directly to what appears to be a fax machine sound. Im NOT dialing a fax number and its extremely frustrating. Im planning on going physically to their office which will be a complete inconvenience."

"I've been calling for days and they never answer!!! The few times my grandmother had gone to her appointments it takes 2-3 hours to be seen even though there's less than 6 people in the waiting area. The doctor, he's very nice the couple of times I've seen him so I don't have complains about him, yet."

"Doctor Casas is a WONDERFUL, very PROFESSIONAL Doctor, explains everything to you, he's GREAT. I just wished the staff would be a little more professional. They close at 5 PM so if you have any questions don't call them at 4PM, they won't answer or just hung up on you (it happened to me). Don't believe me, give it a try."

"Doctor is absolutely WONDERFUL! HOWEVER the staff is horrendous. They are very rude and have misinformed my mother recently and had the audacity to basically call her a liar and dismissed her. She was hospitalized for high blood pressure and was orded to see the docm ASAP and rhey did not give her an apointment til almost a week later. Then when she called to confirm the appointment they said rhe office was gonna be closed and to come the following day. She did just that, and was recieved in a rude manner. The sraff rold her rhat she didnt have and appointment, and the she should have went when they told her because it was open. Soo, my mom tried to wait and call the doctor and they said there was pointless because he wasn't gonna see her anyway. They srnt her home and gave her an appointment for the following day. Again, my mother was suffering from hbp so, at any time she could've gotten a heart attack! The staff was quite negligent and apathetic to my mothers health. And i suppose the doctor wasn't informed of the issue because he seemed caught by suprise when my mother complined of his staff. So, i hope he gets a better staff to reflect his professional character."
