"If I can give them a 0 I would unfortunately they do not honor the additional 50% off sale that goes on at every dollar general the weekend of March 1st -3rd. It clearly said on the paper that stuck all over the store additional 50% off taken at the register for orange stickers . Even if your cart is all orange stickers the cashiers argue and don’t want to adjust what’s literally advertised. They don’t have the ability to override and adjust prices eventough it’s clearly marked everywhere, horrible customer service, horrible staff , not one friendly person. Management would rather argue with customers then to honor what’s advertised not just at there location but at every DG. They need to be retrained specially when it comes to events like these."
"I would rather this a zero, i was n there earlier today i have a service dog i carry all the paper work with me. She told me that i cant have my service dog with me. I then told my husband i called the district manager about this she heard me talking to my husband as we was walking out she came behind us yelling and screaming. Making threats to me and my husband, this is very unprofessional of her. Saying all types of disrespectful things to me and my husband, calling us names and cussing and flipping us off. I am a disabled person with a service dog i dont feel it was right how she handled the situation cause i would had showed her my paperwork. I have no issues with any of the other stores bring my service dog in. I dont know if she was having a bad day but i will not go in that store again."
"Always great service. Employee's are really helpful here and don't give attitude like some stores when you ask for something instead they show you were it is. Love it here so I patronize every few days now."
"I think this store is brand new as in opened in 2020, but I'm not 4 certain. Anyway it's very clean, and amazingly organized. I was surprised because another DG opened this year by my home and it is nowhere near this organized or clean. The lady working there is stated that she is a Key Holder & was very friendly & helpful. That is the service I miss."
