"In general, I love this store. Their prices are great, their selection is great, their staff is almost always helpful and friendly. The only issue I have with them on a regular basis is their produce. I've had more bags of potatoes with rotten ones than I would like to count. Their watermelons were horrendous this year, and when I brought back a watermelon that was all rotten inside 3 days after I purchased it, I got attitude from the woman behind the "service" desk and she said they only guarantee their produce for 24 hours. I'm sorry, but I'm not going to waste gas to make a special trip back the next day because your produce is poor. Keep in mind I had two other watermelons at $7.99 each that I didn't return. I've also had issues with other melons, strawberries, cucumbers and peppers. I think they need to better train their produce buyer how to identify good produce."
"I visited this store today (and a few times a year) to purchase flowers. Today, Tiffany, the floral manager, went above and beyond to help me. She didn’t realize it, but it was the moment I needed. Even though they were busy and a bit short staffed, she took the time to get me exactly what I needed. We need more people like her in the world. Genuinely passionate about what they do. I will continue to purchase from here and hope you do too!"
