"I been here a couple times and will not be going back. The food is horrible. The prices are insane and the service is worse than both. I got an Italian beef, the meat, so salty and pink can’t even eat it. I got a Gyro. The sauce is so sweet and watery and I also got a cheeseburger which was extremely dry, they don’t have manners no courtesy. No thank you know you’re welcome know how are you today nothing all I get is dirty looks from the cooks and the cashier is sad how this day and age how racist people could be like you don’t even know me I’m coming to spend money with you. No Worries This was most definitely my last time going to Lucky dogs. And a piece of puff fries in the pot for $10 plus tax and their advertising like it’s a special or something."

"I hadn't been to this location in about a year. I and two other customers attempted to enter the building. The door to the lobby seemed to be locked. I pushed and pulled on both doors. There were a couple of customers inside and one male employee on customer side of counter who was talking to an employee behind the counter. Both employees looked at us trying to enter and offered NO HELP. We went to drive thru because it was open. The server at the pickup window said door to lobby was not locked, it's just really hard to open. That is unacceptable. Customers who make the effort to enter your establishment should not have to struggle to open the door. It is unacceptable that the employees offered NO ASSISTANCE. Seemed that they didn't care too much for our business. My Italian beef & sausage was great. The majority of the mozzarella cheese I paid for was stuck to the paper. Maybe cheese should go between the meat or under the peppers. I'll go back. Please FIX THE DOOR."

"This place is good for quick Burgers reasonable pricing the cheese they use is amazing never change it , I have had great food experience here. But I recently went to get some grub and ordered my stuff a certain way it came back all the opposite so maybe not messing up the order next time ."

"Lucky Dog fills my craving for polish with fries at any hour. Chicago style toppings, onion, tomato, pickle, onions,mustard and seasoned salt. Everything is perfectly blended for every bite. Sport peppers add the extra heat and side of fries with every sandwich is a Lucky Dog standard. Ordered extra sweet potato fries, which I think are better than regular crinkle cut fries. Four stars for the unfortunate extra long wait."
