"Used to be the best local fast food spot. The new young staff is very rude and don’t have any manners. In particular the African Americans that were recently hired.. not sure how these people keep jobs, I’d be fired if i acted this way. Sad to say it but i think it’s time to stay away…"

"I recently had a highly disappointing experience at the Culver's drive-thru that left me frustrated and unsatisfied. After a long night of traveling, I decided to stop by Culver's for a simple burger to satisfy my hunger. Little did I know that this would turn into a frustrating ordeal. I pulled into the drive-thru at 9:50 AM, expecting a quick and straightforward transaction. I placed my order for a burger and eagerly anticipated my meal. However, when I returned home and opened the bags, I was shocked to find not a burger, but two bags of cheese curds. It was a baffling mix-up that left me feeling cheated and hungry. Naturally, I called the Culver's store to inform them of the error and hopefully resolve the issue. To my dismay, the lady on the other end of the line seemed to be in complete denial. Instead of offering assistance or an apology, she accused me of being dishonest and essentially called me a liar. This dismissive and unhelpful response only added to my frustration. As a customer, I expected better service and accountability from Culver's. Mistakes happen, but it's how a business handles those mistakes that truly matters. In this case, the lack of professionalism and customer service left a bitter taste in my mouth. I would caution anyone considering visiting this particular Culver's location to be aware of the potential for mishaps in their orders and subpar customer service. My experience was far from satisfactory, and it's disappointing to see a once-reliable establishment fall short of expectations."

"Love Culver’s but service is always hit or miss here. There’s one guy at the drive thru you literally got to repeat what you want to him like 6 times slowly and you have to be very specific or chances are you’ll have missing items or items made incorrectly. Also this place never gives straws or extra napkins which drives me nuts. Not sure if he’s high or what."

"Worst service in any place I have ever been to in my life. None of the cashiers knew what was happening. Everyones order was wrong. My order consisted of 5 burgers which were all wrong and he forgot to add one. After we spent 5 minutes fixing the order, he still brought me the same wrong order. I then had to go up for a second time and to fix the double into the single he literally picked up the bun took one of the patties from each burger and threw them away in front of me and everyone else in line. They still had to add toppings and by the time I got my food it was cold. I then had to go up again because they never brought me the kids free ice cream or the refund. I was in the restaurant for maybe about an hour and a half. Not worth the time at all."

"First time trying this place. Their burgers are good. Wait time was pretty fast since it’s made to order. Great service. Friendly staffs."
