"When I got to the station they had no clue where the van even was, let alone when it got there. After waiting two hours for the van to arrive I endured another five hours before arriving at my destination (the airport) and missed my flight by an hour and a half. Never using this service again. Use Greyhound or Turimex, at least they know where their fleet is some of the time. Seriously, invest in some radios or GPS or something"

"If you have other options take them. Drivers are rude and unprofessional. Will slam doors/ cuss/ and give you bad attitude the whole time. Greyhound is the same price, wish I’d taken that. Staff in house are ok, but drivers talk down to the people riding as if they were doing them a favor. Would not recvomend"

"They didn't even get back to me as to IF they were going to San Antonio Airport from Eagle Pass Texas on the 31 of December do why would I rate them? As far as I am concerned they fail in customer service! Being forced to even give them a 1 star.. BS! Once I finally got my reply after recalling them the service was overall satisfying. I truly want to "Thank Grover" in picking me up and getting me to the bus. Thank you Grover!"

"These pleople over charge!!! When they called me they said that it was immigration and that I needed to deposit a $300 or pay with my American Express to take my family member to the greyhound bus station as you can see the station was less than 5 minutes away. They abuse people who just crossed over."
