"The renovation is really hurting your business. Staff is tired and fed up and it shows. I hope to visit in a few months and see better results. And for goodness sakes, your staff needs a huge thank you and some relief!!! A few nice words and maybe a free lunch will probably work miracles!"

"Lots of dirt and terrible refueling conditions. The pump where you refuel leaks and releases a huge amount of fuel. When answering who will return my money for the spilled fuel, the staff simply remains silent and answers, what will we do, perhaps on Monday they’ll solve this problem. I categorically do not recommend this gas station; they should close down completely during the renovation. Be prepared for the fact that they don’t have toilets in the building and you’ll have to use it outside in the form of a cubicle."

"Apparently this place is a resting spot for the homeless. Twice reported a woman who was sitting at slot machine loudly singing and praising Jesus. She ate her food at the machine, took a nap, etc. both times I let staff know that she isn’t playing slot machine and what she is doing and that they’re losing money by that machine not being able to be used. Additionally disturbing others."

"Lots of products on their shelves, clean store, clean facilities, great gift buying spot, they even have massage chairs, and a laundry room, and an Arbys to eat at. Their truck parking is decently sized and not completely covered in huge pot holes, and their staff was very friendly, unlike the pilot just a few miles down the highway from this one. This is a much better example of how pilot does business compared to the one down the highway which I also left a review on. This Pilot gets 5 out of 5 stars in my book and the one down the highway wouldn't have gotten any stars if that would have been an option. Great job at this location Pilot!! Keep up the good work."
