"Over the years, I've purchased 3 boats, 3 RVs, and over a dozen new cars from dealerships. Without a doubt, this was the most pleasurable experience I have ever had from start to finish. Right from the initial call, Brandon gave me accurate information on costs and order time-line. More importantly he called back as soon as he could or when he told me he'd get back to me by a certain time with information, he did. That seldom happens with other dealers. I ask a lot of questions so I know from experience. We looked at several boats from several dealerships and throughout the whole decision process, Brandon never once gave us the typical sales pitches or made us feel pressured. We ended up buying a Chaparral Suncoast 230 from them and love the boat. The bottle of champagne from Yachts to Sea when we picked up the boat was a very nice touch. After the purchase, we had some minor issues with the mooring cover (not made by Chaparral) but Danita in the Service Dept. has been excellent at getting the problems resolved. Like Brandon, she always returns calls quickly and kept us informed during the whole process.
