"SERVICE WAS NOT GREAT AT THIS LOCATION!! I ordered breakfast for my sister and I through the app and I believe there was a glitch or something? I couldn’t add the bacon ((regular amount NOT EXTRA)) and the cream cheese to the Cinnabons pull apart. So I went to the drive thru and asked them if it was too late to add those things because the app wouldn’t allow me to do it. She said no and then I pulled up to the window. The employee said that it was going to be an extra charge for the bacon… I said okay, but then I thought to myself, why am I going to be charged for bacon if it’s the BACONATOR BREAKFAST SANDWICH, shouldn’t it already come with bacon?? So I did tell her that, and she said the app should’ve given you the option to add the bacon and I told her that it didn’t and I was willing to show her the app. She said that she will allow it this one time and to move forward. And they also forgot my sauces.. will not be going to this Wendy’s location, DID NOT LIKE the way I was spoken to. I rather drive 15 minutes to a Wendy’s than 3 minutes to this one. Thanks."

"I've frequented this place, most times pretty solid. Last time got 4 meals and they forgot 2 fries and 2 chicken nuggets... But had 4 sauces and 4 burgers and 4 drinks... Just an off day?"

"Great atmosphere, good service, modern decor and extremely fast service. Food was out very quick but the burger was dry. Fries and drink were good."

"I don't often stop on North Ave because of the unhinged drivers that tend to get upset if you aren't doing 110mph down that street but I had to stop at Wendy's and was not disappointed. The food was made quick and even though it was lunch, I got my food fast and warm. The only downside is where it is and the traffic light leaving there is set to go as slow as possible."

"I’m tremendously disappointed in the staff in this particular location. The staff was very rude. As soon as my payment went through they gave me my order and practically threw it at me and proceeded to slam the sliding window. I had noticed my bag was light and it wasn’t my full order. I understand if the restaurant was busy but there was only one other car behind me. So I’m assuming the manager on duty came to the window to ask what’s wrong and I had kindly explained that what I ordered was supposed to be a meal. She never apologized for the mistake. And went right into asking me what I would want to drink. I had asked for a Dr.pepper only for her to mess that simple request up again. I’m very upset because this all could’ve been avoided if they were patient and actually were coherent. Never coming to this location again and definitely wouldn’t recommend due to the poor choice of this staff."
