A recent experience I had a few weeks ago, I needed an oil change and I scheduled it in the morning. That morning my toddler was not in the best mood, and I needed to get groceries. They didn’t have a loaner car for me to do my errands and I didn’t want to wait in the lobby with a cranky toddler. The service manager personally let me use his truck to go get groceries. And he even had a car seat already in the truck for my toddler to use. Talk about ABOVE & BEYOND for their customers! K&J will always be my choice of business!"
