After ordering, we were pulled up and had to wait an additional 20 minutes for our order. Had it not been for our relatives desiring white castle, I would’ve left. "Went there on Oct 6th at 2am after a long flight. All of the lights were on but, when I pulled up to the drive thru, no one answered for 5 minutes straight. I called out several times and nothing. Pulled up to the window and nobody was there either. When I looked inside, I didn't see a single soul. No idea what was going on, but that was an awful experience and I 100% won't be coming back."

"Horrible staff save for one kind young man (new) taking my order. I made a complaint to the managers and even called corporate to no avail. Door is locked for in store service. Wonder why that might be. This store sucks"
