"Rude staff, especially the guy on the cashier. He kept telling me to speak up as if he is my teacher and I'm his student!!!, and he imitated the way I spoke, then he told me to get out of the restaurant!!! because I told him to call his manager. They have to teach their staff how to deal respectfully with their customers."

"The best Popeyes I've been to in a long time. Chicken is always fresh and hot, and the workers are all nice and professional. It's so hard to get good quality food, especially when everything is so expensive."

"I ordered 2 meals one 3 piece all dark meat ,spicy with coleslaw and a strawberry Fanta. My second meal was the number three meal with fries and a Dr Pepper. I got no fries no straws no receipt and by the time I noticed we had gotten home already.. they weren’t even busy. I’m very disappointed with this experience."

"The service at this Popeyes location is terrible. The employees are Hispanic origin and myself not identifying as being of Hispanic descent, seemed to have played a major part in how I was treated at this location. It is such a degrading and saddening experience, to be American and to experience poor customer service due to my ethnicity. I will not visit this location again!!! The Chicagoland areas, should take a conscious & considerable effort to creat a nice environment to customers, regardless of their identity"

"I came to this Popeyes even after I read all the negative comments. I asked them for freshly made chicken and fries. I got 2 old pieces of chicken and warm fries. I didn’t check my bag because the box felt pretty warm. Trust me go somewhere else!!!!"
