Burger King

"Not a location i would recommend going if you are looking for a friendly atmosphere. The manager, Jonathan, was exceptionally rude and disrespectful. When I tried to redeem a crown points reward, he said i had to purchase another item even though the reward didnt mention it. He pointed to himself as the manager, implying an authoritative attitude with a "it's whatever I say" demeanor. I expected a more customer-friendly approach."

"I visited this location number 2653 on January 5th at 5:46 p.m. I went to the drive-thru and I ordered a Texas double Whopper meal with no pickle and no tomato. I looked at the screen which reflected an error of no onion no tomato. I brought this to the attention of the girl who took the order and she seemed to be very new at the job. She couldn't figure out how to change the order. Through the rest of the order, I noticed that the change never took place so I brought it up to her again and said I definitely have to have onion and please change it to no pickle no tomato. Again she was confused and said not to worry she would take care of it. She was very kind and I trusted that she would verbally yell over to the food prepared to make the change to no pickle no tomato and to include onions on the burger. Whether she did or not, I do not know. When I got home the first thing I see on the outside of my burger package is the tomato crossed out and the onion crossed out so I knew right away The order was still incorrect. Of course I then ate the burger with no onion and no tomato. Normally, I call back to the restaurant to make them aware of the error and to get some satisfaction. I've been in this Burger King and they are always understaffed, so I imagine that calling them would have just taken someone's attention away from other customers so I didn't bother. Understaffing and the lack of training is a management or corporate issue - not an issue that the employees should have to take care of, so why should I call and disparage them."

"I wish I could rate this place better but I have been to several BKs that are consistently fresher tasting, the one in countryside and the one near midway airport to name a few. I am new to the area and miss that same level of quality, this one does not deliver unfortunately."

"Wish I could give zero stars. Stopped for a what I thought would be a quick bite for dinner in the drive thru last week and sadly it was a horrible experience. Waited over 10 minutes just to order and another at least ten to get my food which every aspect of was wrong! I completed the customer survey and have yet to be contacted by anyone. This is ridiculous. Horrible customer service, horrible cold wrong food and absolutely no contact from either the store or corporate. This location and this company do not care at all about their customers."
