"How is Sonic still in business? I really don't understand. This one has 15 minutes for a burger and fries at 5pm when no one else is here at the moment. Plus service is horrible with attitudes and just generally not caring. Just avoid Sonic. They're not fast food, they're not good food, they're just not worth it. To top it off, it was cold out, and the guy says "oh yeah I'm not bringing it out. You have to come in and get it." What? Like... 10 steps? This is crazy."

"The menu isn't updated despite stickers and placards showing that they sell gallons of sweet tea. When the order taker was talking to me, he indicated that they haven't received gallons or gotten new menus so I'd appreciate updated menus. The speakers are on the louder side but when I placed their red "We sell bags of ice and gallons for sweet tea" sticker over the loud speaker, listening to the order repeated became a pleasant volume. Everything was correct on the order, but a little short on the customer service. It seemed fairly busy at the time of my visit however I believe Trey was awesome on the delivery and more than made it a great experience. We got all of our food it was delicious!"
