"Bargains by Green advertised a SafeRacks 4 ft. x 8 ft. condition new on Facebook Marketplace for $120. After contacting them I found out they actually had 2 sets of these racks. They were able to discount me to $216 for both sets. I was extremely happy and went to pick them up as soon as I could. Unfortunately, I arrived 15-20 minutes before closing. Because I didn’t want to keep anyone from going home, I didn’t do my due diligence on checking out the packaging, and just paid. THEY DID load the 2 sets in the truck for me as well. When I got home though, I looked at the packaging and you could tell these have been previously opened and taped back up. Definitely not “new” as advertised. The material/hardware in the boxes didn’t look to have been unpacked before, so I wasn’t too concerned. But when I started taking stuff out and looking at the pieces, one of the sets had rails with pealing/missing paint with bare metal and rust showing. So, I don’t know the origins of where Bargains by Green gets its inventory from, possible refurbished or Amazon like return pallet sale…. No idea. Just speculating. Either way I contacted Bargains by Green to see what they could do on their side. I asked for $30 refund to make it fair. I thought that was reasonable. I was basically told the sale was final and that they had already drastically discounted it to me, “below our price already”. So, it is what it is. Definitely I should have checked out the packaging before buying, so I got some blame on this situation. But if the listing by Bargains by Green would have been accurate, i.e. condition open box/used/etc., this could have been avoided as well. All in all, you get what you paid for and I’m still going to use the rails. I just need to do some paint touchup prior. I feel Bargains by Green is definitely a bargain, just check out what you purchase before and negotiate upfront. Other than refusing any kind of refund, I’m fairly happy with their operation."

"I love finding treasures from this place! Bought so much small and bigger items and they have new stuff every week. Lots of beautiful and high quality rugs to choose from as well. This place has some if not all of the basic things you might suddenly need for your house. We recently bought a house and bought lots already.my brother is tue one who discovered this place and after coming seeing this gem, we just kept on coming and looking here first before buying anywhere else. The owner is very friendly and even helped us out in picking the correct sized rug! The front/cashier is so helpful in every way. She help us find stuff we were looking for and gave us some deals. But the man of the house is Jose! He was very nice and helpful! He was able to help us with an order issue with a smiling face, went above and beyond and we are grateful. Very professional and amazing! Thank you Jose! We have been telling our community about this place and some already went to check and We will be spreading the word to our friends when we have out housewarming! Highly recommend!! ❤️❤️❤️"
