"Made 3:20 appointment for Monday for 1st time service. Not in system when I arrived at 3:05. Drove almost an hour to get there. Service lady said they are really behind and seven in front of me. She said my appointment was Tuesday. I told her since Monday was a holiday that would work best for me and that is what we scheduled on phone last week. She said, "you will have a long wait". I told her I am here at my scheduled appointment. 5:00 my car was ready. I mentioned at check out since there is a huge sign, if not happy let us know. I told her and she said too many people make appointments and nothing can be done... . I took my papers and walked out. Not the service I expected for my first service, very disappointed."
