"I purchased my car from here in 2021. During the process, the sales rep constantly spoke to my boyfriend rather than me during the transaction. He kept trying to have my boyfriend co-sign for my vehicle, even though I told him I was the one buying the car for myself. My boyfriend did not respond to the sales rep during this process, but the rep refused to acknowledge me, and often called me sweetheart. Not only are the sales reps unprofessional and degrading, the call service for their company has called me over the past two years, REPEATEDLY, due to an open recall on my vehicle and to ask me if I wanted to sell my car. Regardless of the times that I told them to only call me if my recalled part was in for my vehicle, I still get a call once a month. Last month in February, I received a call from them telling me that my part was in and they scheduled me to get it fixed today. I went in, and the service techs informed me that the part had never been ordered. They apologized, and I do not blame the service techs, but this company does not treat its customers well. From their unprofessional attitude towards me during the actual transaction of my vehicle to the harassing calls, I do not recommend anyone buy their vehicles from this company. They have wasted 1.5hrs of my time today. EDIT: In response to what this dealership has commented back, they have been aware of the unprofessional treatment I received since 2021, and I am still waiting to hear back from my earlier phone conversation with them about resolving my part recall and wasted time. This company does not care. They just want your money."

I was also amazed at the level of customer service a young salesman named Trey, had with an older gentleman. The interactions I had and saw today. Is the reason I will be back for service and buying a few new vehicles in the coming year."
