"The absolute worst customer service. We bought my son a pre-owned copy of a pokemon game 10 days ago. He also got the same game from another family member for his birthday. We contacted This gamestop as we just bought this copy again 10 days ago. We called the store and spoke with an employee. Told him the situation. He advised to bring it in to get a full credit. That we couldn't do a refund as it was past 7 days but could get a credit. Which is all we wanted. We go to the store and they now advise us that we can only get $16 for a $50 game we bought just 10 days prior on the 9th. This employee begins to argue with us and explain that he has a witness with the other associate what he said. Basically calling us liars. This is ridiculous as we are not wanting a refund. We just want to exchange it for the value because he has a duplicate game. There are alot of other stores that you can buy a game. This is horrible customer service."

"Ricky has cool hair and believes in mermaids as he told me he was one and likes my Zelda ink a little to much . Where he looked at my ears which contained Eevee plugs . Andrew is to professional always helping me find stuff I’m looking for and like, so friendly wit the game knowledge . Nathan is adorable. Could be Link if he applied for the ( drum roll) LIVE ACTION ZELDA MOVIE . I give over to you ,good Sir, all of my rupees !!!!"

"Only stopped in too see if our son could get a job here, thinking he's a gamer and this would be a good place for him and too help out other gamers . But we were told they only have 5 people running the store and even then they have a hard time getting enough hours to work."
