"Overall a good experience, though it did seem to take an excessive amount of time to receive our order (9 min wait for 2 hotdogs and a fish sandwich with 7 people sitting in the restaurant and two in line behind us). Carol who was taking care of the dining area was very friendly and made our visit worthwhile."

"I love this place they always do my sandwich perfect. Anything I order is always hot and fresh. The staff is extremely nice and respectful managers are always very pleasant greet you with a smile pricing is pocket friendly definitely well worth it to go have breakfast lunch or dinner I definitely recommend this restaurant. The lemon cake is my favorite when they have it in usually it’s summertime. They also have chocolate eclair cake and their chocolate cake are phenomenal."
"Awesome theming, good Portillo's food, just need some help behind the counter on the day we visited. Every other order came out missing something and very slow to receive the orders. Could be due to young staff or lack of staff so tried to be patient, but 15 minute wait for hot dogs and fries seems excessive...."
"We have been going to Portillo's for years and no matter when we go the food quality is always exceptional. This time too the food was delicious. Their service is very friendly and fast. Few things to be aware: * They have a lot of indoor dining space. * There is always a big rush here for drive thru, however inside there are hardly anyone there. * Inside seating are benches made of wood so sitting on it for a long time is not comfortable. * All food items are delicious but their hot dog and hamburger are the best. Burgers are very juice. Overall a great place to eat."
