"So displeased by this why would the kitchen serve something like this. You can see clearly that the lettuce has spoiled. I know the restaurant life is not easy but why serve a paying customer something you would not eat or feed your family and friends. I wish I would have checked my to go order more thoroughly. I want to know were you trying to make me sick!!!!"
"James at this location is an absolute Rockstar! I never go to red lobster, but I will come back just because of the service I received. He was super attentive while working the bar and the tables around it. By far the best service I've received at a chain restaurant in... I don't know how long if ever! You can tell James truly cares about his customer. I didn't eat, but stopped in for a couple drinks after work. He was very compassionate and kind. More people in the industry should be like James!"
"After having a 3+ hour service experience at the Downers Grove location about a year ago, I had no desire to return to the Downers Grove location which I find understaffed to handle dine in and to go/Uber Eats volume. Instead I picked this Red Lobster location to satisfy my crab cravings. Our waiter did not disappoint. He was quick and friendly and the crab was delicious."
"Loved the food and ambience. It was my first time to red Lobster, so played safe with the food choices. Ordered garlic shrimp skewers , crab stuffed shrimp rangoon. Cheddar bay biscuits were top notch. Just loved them"
